If there is a large discrepancy in our cost to ship your order, we will contact you regarding the shipping price. Approx. 95% of the time the prices listed below are correct.

No Canada or intenational shipments (sorry!).

2nd Day or 3rd Day: when ordered by 12 noon EST then a 2nd day air shipment will arrive 2 buisness days (M-F) after the order date. 3rd day will arrive 3 business days (M-F) after the order date. Example if ordered by 12 noon EST on Monday for 2nd day, the package will arrive on Wednesday. If ordered by 12 noon EST on Thurday for 2nd day, the package will arrive on Monday. No large items or Little Tikes items available for this method of shipping.

We will not and cannot guarantee orders to arrive by a specific date unless you place an expedited order (2nd day, 3rd day). Thank you.

Returns: Returns of unopened items may be made within 20 business days after order date. Refunds will be issued to original credit card provided on order. If paid by check, no sooner than 2 weeks after date of receipt of original check, we will issue a check refund. 20-40 days after purchase you may return unopened items for a store credit or exchange. You must provide either a copy of the receipt or the original order number. We will not refund shipping costs. You will have to pay return shipping if you are exchanging an item or returning an item. We will not accept opened toys back.

Defective or broken Learning Curve items (Thomas Wooden Railway, Lamaze) may be returned for exchange via http://www.learningcurve.com.

Little Tikes, Step 2 and large items that are returned (at your cost) will be refunded for the total paid minus our actual shipping costs on the original shipment. (This is more than what is reflected on the website because we absorb most of the shipping costs into the product price).

We will not accept opened or used merchandise.
